Mentorship Subscription Agreement

Important: This is the exact agreement you will sign during onboarding after purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge you have read and agree to these terms.

This Mentorship Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the individual enrolling in the Mentorship Program ("Mentee") and Gilligan Global Holdings LLC, doing business as Feeble ("Feeble") effective as of the date of electronic acceptance ("Effective Date").

INCORPORATION OF GENERAL TERMS: This Agreement is subject to and incorporates by reference the Feeble General Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the General Terms of Service, this Agreement shall control for matters specifically addressed herein. For all other matters, the General Terms of Service shall apply.

1. What You Get

The Mentorship Subscription provides high-touch, recurring access to expert coaching, mentorship, and guidance for building and scaling an automation consulting business, including:

• On-Demand Course Modules: Comprehensive video training covering automation fundamentals, business development, sales strategies, and technical implementation
• Weekly Group Coaching Sessions: Live office hours with Feeble's coaching team for strategy guidance, Q&A, and troubleshooting
• Asynchronous Support: Ability to submit questions via Loom or other formats when unable to attend live sessions
• Community Access: Private community platform for peer networking, collaboration, and ongoing support
• Templates and Frameworks: Downloadable resources including proposal templates, project frameworks, portfolio examples, and business tools
• Direct Team Access: Communication channels to Feeble's coaching staff for guidance and accountability

What's NOT included: Guaranteed financial results, one-on-one private coaching, done-for-you services, client implementation work, guaranteed response times, or job placement.

Access begins within 24-48 hours and continues month-to-month while active. Expected timeline: Most successful mentees who consistently execute see their first paying client within 3-6 months. Building a consulting business requires sustained effort—mentees participating fewer than 3 months rarely see significant results.

Your results depend entirely on your consistent execution of the strategies taught.

2. Pricing and Payment

Your monthly subscription fee is displayed at checkout and confirmed in your payment receipt. For complete payment terms, see General Terms Sections 4.1-4.5, including Stripe processing, billing cycles, payment failures, and price change notifications. Feeble may offer different rates to new mentees without obligation to adjust existing rates.

3. No Refunds Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. There are no guarantees, money-back offers, or performance-based refunds. You will not receive refunds for partial months, non-participation, early cancellation, dissatisfaction, failure to secure clients, incomplete activities, or not achieving desired results.

This policy exists because Feeble commits significant coaching resources and limited slots to each mentee. You may cancel anytime through Stripe or support—access continues through your current period with no refund. See General Terms Sections 5.2-5.3 for complete cancellation procedures.

If you re-subscribe after canceling, previous work/progress may not be retained.

4. Your Effort and Commitment

This Program requires consistent effort and execution. Success depends on your commitment to learning course materials, participating in coaching sessions, engaging with the community, and actively working on business development activities such as market research, prospecting, outreach, and portfolio building.

While there are no mandatory minimums to maintain your subscription, mentees who don't consistently engage with materials and execute recommended activities are unlikely to see results. The specific actions may vary based on your stage, strengths, and market conditions, but consistent effort toward building your consulting business is essential.

5. Usage Restrictions and Account Sharing

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal business development only. Each subscription is for a single individual. Account sharing fee: $2,000 per unauthorized user detected. For complete intellectual property terms and prohibited uses, see General Terms Section 6.

6. Coaching and Community Access

Group coaching sessions are scheduled at Feeble's discretion and may vary in frequency, format, and topics. No guarantees on specific session counts, topics, recordings, or technical quality. Attendance is not required; recordings may be available. Asynchronous questions may be submitted when unable to attend live.

Community access is subject to guidelines (see General Terms Section 7.5), platform availability, and moderation at Feeble's discretion. For user-generated content terms, see General Terms Section 7.3.

7. Disclaimers and No Guarantees

All content is educational and informational only—not professional advice. FEEBLE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOMES, FINANCIAL RESULTS, BUSINESS SUCCESS, CLIENT ACQUISITION, OR REVENUE GENERATION.

Individual results vary widely based on effort, experience, market conditions, timing, outreach quality, and other factors. Success requires sustained effort over months. Most successful mentees see results within 3-6 months of consistent work, but this is not a guarantee.

You are solely responsible for all client work, relationships, contracts, deliverables, and any disputes or liabilities arising from your consulting work. For complete disclaimers, warranties, and FTC earnings disclaimers, see General Terms Section 8.

8. Termination and Entire Agreement

Feeble may immediately suspend or terminate access without refund for violations. You may cancel anytime without refund for past periods. See General Terms Section 11 for complete termination procedures.

This Agreement, together with the General Terms and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Feeble regarding the Mentorship Subscription.

Acceptance and Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase and/or signing below, Mentee acknowledges and confirms:

• ✓ I have read and agree to this Agreement and the Feeble General Terms of Service
• ✓ I understand this is a recurring monthly subscription that will charge my payment method monthly
• ✓ I understand all payments are non-refundable with no guarantees of results
• ✓ I understand success typicallyrequires 3-6 months of consistent effort and execution
• ✓ I understand no specific financial outcomes, client acquisition, or revenue is guaranteed
• ✓ I commit to consistent engagement with course materials and business development activities
• ✓ I will conduct my consulting business ethically and in compliance with all laws
• ✓ I will not share my account (subject to $2,000 penalty per unauthorized user)
• ✓ I can cancel anytime but will not receive refunds for past periods
