Community Subscription Agreement

Important: This is the exact agreement you will sign during onboarding after purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge you have read and agree to these terms.

This Community Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the individual enrolling in the Community Subscription ("Member") and Gilligan Global Holdings LLC, doing business as Feeble ("Feeble") effective as of the date of electronic acceptance ("Effective Date").

INCORPORATION OF GENERAL TERMS: This Agreement is subject to and incorporates by reference the Feeble General Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the General Terms of Service, this Agreement shall control for matters specifically addressed herein. For all other matters, the General Terms of Service shall apply.

1. What You Get

The Community Subscription provides recurring monthly access to:

• Video Content Library: On-demand educational videos covering business automation, consulting strategies, and implementation frameworks
• Group Live Events: Scheduled group coaching sessions, Q&A calls, and workshops (frequency and format subject to change)
• Web-Based Community: Access to online community platform for peer networking, discussions, and member collaboration
• Supplementary Resources: Downloadable templates, guides, and reference materials as made available

What's NOT included: One-on-one coaching, direct team access, consulting services, guaranteed response times, or performance guarantees.

Access begins within 24-48 hours of payment and continues month-to-month while your subscription is active. Content may be added, modified, or removed at any time.

2. Pricing and Billing

Your monthly subscription fee is displayed at checkout and confirmed in your payment receipt. For complete payment terms, see General Terms Sections 4.1-4.5, including Stripe processing, billing cycles, payment failures, and 30-day advance notice for price changes.

3. No Refunds Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. You will not receive refunds for partial months, unused access, early cancellation, dissatisfaction, or any other reason. This policy exists because digital content is delivered immediately upon payment.

You may cancel anytime through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting support. Access continues through your current paid period with no refund. See General Terms Sections 5.2-5.3 for complete cancellation procedures.

4. Your Responsibilities

Success depends on your effort. While there are no mandatory participation requirements, value from the subscription depends entirely on your consistent engagement with content, participation in community discussions, and application of learnings to your business or development.

Feeble provides educational resources but does not guarantee results. For complete community conduct standards, see General Terms Section 7.5.

5. Usage Restrictions and Account Sharing

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use only. Each subscription is for a single individual. Account sharing fee: $150 per unauthorized user detected. For complete intellectual property terms and prohibited uses, see General Terms Section 6.

6. Disclaimers

All content is educational and informational only—not professional advice. No guarantee of specific outcomes or results. Individual results vary based on effort and circumstances. Content may become outdated; Feeble is not liable for reliance on content. Testimonials are not typical results.

7. Termination and Entire Agreement

Feeble may immediately suspend or terminate access without refund for violations. See General Terms Section 11 for complete termination procedures. This Agreement, together with the General Terms and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Feeble.

Acceptance and Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase and/or signing below, Member acknowledges and confirms:

• ✓ I am at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering this Agreement
• ✓ I have read and agree to this Agreement and the Feeble General Terms of Service
• ✓ I understand this is a recurring monthly subscription that will charge my payment method monthly
• ✓ I understand all payments are non-refundable for any reason
• ✓ I understand I can cancel anytime but will not receive refunds for past periods
• ✓ I understand no guaranteed results, outcomes, or one-on-one coaching are included
• ✓ I understand success depends on my consistent effort and engagement
• ✓ I will not share my account (subject to $150 penalty per unauthorized user)
